PERSONAL TRAINING

This is a great way to get the best out of your training. Under the watchful eye of a skilled trainer you can start achieving your personal fitness goals.

OUTDOOR OPEN GYM (COVID-19)

Open Gym is a temporary COVID-19 guideline in Step 1 and 2 reopening plan of Ontario. We can provide outdoor fitness and this "Outdoor Open Gym" feature. You will need to prebook through the class schedule or on the MindBody App.

Get social and get sweating with our Bootcamp Class! Circuit training, EMOM's, AMRAP's you name it.

CLASS IS FULL!

TEENAGE GIRLS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

This is a small class offered for young teenage girls (Ages 14-17) to come and learn some different styles of weightlifting example: Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit (taught by a CrossFit Level 1 Coach), bodybuilding, and conditioning.

WOMEN'S STRENGTH & CONDITIONING + WOMEN'S MASTERS CLASSES

A very small drop in class for women. Come work on strength goals, new movements, and let's get conditioning!
